Our stay was simply delightful! The hotel is beautifully designed, with luxurious amenities and an outstanding restaurant. The spa provided a serene atmosphere for relaxation. However, I wish there were more dining options for casual meals on the terrace. Overall, it's a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy some quality time, especially if you're a wine lover.

7.8/10

The hotel offers a beautiful setting with lush gardens and a relaxing spa, providing a serene escape. However, the service fell short in certain areas, particularly in handling dining arrangements during our stay. While the restaurant experience was fantastic, the room showed signs of age, and additional charges felt a bit excessive. Overall, it's a lovely place, but may not fully meet the five-star expectations.

6.0/10

The hotel has a charming ambiance with beautiful décor and lovely views, but the overall experience was marred by very poor service. While the food quality was outstanding, the staff's inattentiveness and lack of responsiveness were disappointing. The facilities, including the pool and spa, were quite nice, yet the cleanliness left much to be desired.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms had a certain dated charm but felt quite hot and the air conditioning was inadequate. Overall, they served their purpose but could be improved.
Service

Service was shockingly poor; the staff, with the exception of the Sommelier, were unresponsive and sometimes rude, which made the stay frustrating.

The dining experience was exceptional; the Michelin-star restaurant's food was outstanding, but the service was lacking during meals.

My stay at La Briqueterie was marked by some incredible highlights, especially the dining experience, but also a few letdowns. The gardens were stunning, and I appreciated the warm welcome from the staff. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast options and the service during the daytime, which left a lot to be desired. While the accommodation was lovely, the miscommunication regarding check-out and breakfast left a sour note at the end of our visit.

Rooms
7.0
The Junior Suite we stayed in was elegantly designed but felt a bit cramped due to the amount of furniture. The ensuite bathroom was a standout with its spacious jacuzzi and shower.
Service
5.0
Even though the evening staff were exceptional, the daytime service was quite disappointing, particularly at breakfast. We experienced a sense of urgency that felt unwarranted.
Location
9.0
The location was perfect for exploring the Champagne region, with beautiful gardens that added to the serene atmosphere.
Dining
8.0
The meals, especially in the Michelin-star restaurant, were out of this world, but breakfast was lackluster and not what I expected from this caliber of hotel.
Facilities
8.0
The spa and pool facilities were enjoyable, adding a nice range of relaxation options during our stay.

6.6/10

My recent stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The dining experience was superb, especially at the Michelin-star restaurant, and the hotel grounds were simply beautiful. However, the service left something to be desired and the breakfast was disappointing, which detracted from an otherwise lovely experience. Overall, I'd recommend the restaurant, but I'm not sure about the hotel itself.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were spacious but facing the road, which made it tough to sleep due to traffic noise. Wi-Fi was not available in the suite, which was a downside.
Service
5.0
The service varied; while some staff were attentive, the concierge's lack of assistance in planning activities was quite frustrating.
Location
7.0
The hotel is situated among vineyards and offers lovely views, but the noise from the nearby road can be disruptive.
Dining
9.0
Dining at the Michelin-star restaurant was outstanding, with creative and delicious food, although dinner was quite pricy.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities included a small indoor pool and jacuzzi that were nice for relaxation, but the lack of a proper gym or running area was disappointing.
